I seek your opinions on this one. Do you think correct titles should be made mandatory, as a new rule?

LordNEithan

Be careful. Too strict rules can kill a subreddit

InverseFcB

Thanks for the insight. We just thought that these kind of posts are tiring to browse through. Obviously it’s easy to ignore these posts, but we still want to improve everyone’s experience here.

Whitewolf2504YT

Very good point, we'll keep this in mind.

Whitewolf2504YT

Do also keep in mind that you can share your thoughts about this in the comments. That can help us to decide as well.

Ultralight_Gaming

I don't think they should be removed, would it be possible to rename them?

Whitewolf2504YT

We can't edit any posts / titles, sadly.

Ultralight_Gaming

As u/Cars-and-stuffz said we could maybe give them a warning?

Cars-and-stuffz

Yea I think a warning would be better but if they do it again then you can delete their post because people every once in a while are just idiots

Ultralight_Gaming

I do a pretty good job at it, only have been an idiot once and forgot to.

Cars-and-stuffz

I only did a tune thing once for 2 cars and put no names

Cars-and-stuffz

I think the first time we should give a warning then we should delete their post the second time because someone could forget or just be a idiot every once in a while

Twibz

Maybe sticky a thread with drop dead absolutes and common answers? I've asked multiple times for advice and always got it, but sometimes having one place FAQs would be perfect

InverseFcB

We can’t have too many stickied posts at a time, but it’s a good idea nonetheless. Maybe I’ll put it in a link in the megathread

Whitewolf2504YT

Keep in mind that this is NOT a final decision. This poll will help us see your thoughts on this so we can decide whether to create a rule or not.
